摘　　要：目的:用EXAKT硬组织切磨系统制作龋齿切片,探索该系统在龋齿切片观察中的应用。方法:选择2020年1月来我院就诊的龋病患者拔除的不同龋坏程度的龋齿做为样本,经过多聚甲醛固定、酒精上行脱水、光固化树脂浸润包埋后,用EXAKT硬组织切片系统切磨成50μm的薄片,甲苯胺蓝染色后中性树胶封片,在光学显微镜下进行观察。结果:甲苯胺蓝染色后镜下观察显示,该切片可以清晰的看到不同龋坏程度的牙齿的形态结构。结论:EXAKT硬组织切磨系统可将不同阶段的龋齿制作成切片,经过染色观察龋齿的形态结构清晰可见。Objective To prepare thin sections of decayed tooth by using EXAKT cutting and grinding system,to explore the application of EXAKT system in research of caries observed.Methods Choose to our hospital in January 2020 the caries out patients of different degree of the decay of cavities as a sample.The samples were fixed and dehydrated then embedded with methylmethacrylate.The embedded samples were cut into thick sections and grind down to 50μm.The thin sections were stained and observed under light microscope.Results Toluidine blue staining showed that the morphology and structure of teeth with different degrees of caries could be clearly seen in this sections.Conclusion EXAKT cutting and grinding system can make different stages of dental caries into sections,and the morphological structure of dental caries can be clearly observed after staining.
