摘 要:智能制造是制造业发展的未来。为了培养智能制造技术人才,基于智能制造实训平台,开展了基于项目驱动的机械制造实习课程改革探索。项目选取典型的多工序零件模型,围绕项目设计了分层教学方案、实施框图以及方案流程图。通过项目的融合,引导学生主动参与课程实习,提升教学质量。教学实践证明,基于项目驱动的机械制造实习课程,提升了学生的学习主动性及乐趣,增强了学生的综合工程能力与智能制造技术素养。Intelligent manufacturing is the future of the development of manufacturing industry.In order to promote the training of intelligent manufacturing technical personnel,this paper carries out a project-driven mechanical manufacturing practice course reform exploration based on the intelligent manufacturing training platform.It selects a typical multi-process component model for the project,and designs a hierarchical teaching scheme and block diagram and teaching scheme flow chart for the project.Through the integration of projects,students are guided to actively participate in the course practice and improve the teaching quality.The teaching practice proves that the project-oriented mechanical manufacturing practice course improves the student's learning initiative and fun of the mechanical manufacturing practice course,and enhances the students'comprehensive engineering ability and intelligent manufacturing technology literacy.
