摘　　要：目的:分析CCLG-ALL-2008方案治疗儿童初诊急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的临床疗效。方法:收集2013年7月~2018年11月于我院接受CCLG-ALL-2008方案治疗的29例初诊ALL患儿的临床资料,观察早期治疗反应及不良事件,并采用Kaplan-Meier生存分析评估患儿无事件生存率(EFS)。结果:29例ALL患儿第33天完全缓解(CR)率为100%,3年EFS(87.3±7.2)%,预测5年EFS 80%以上,随访期间复发2例(6.90%)。结论:基于严格的分型诊疗和微小残留病灶(MRD)监控,CCLG-ALL-2008方案治疗儿童ALL的初步疗效较好、CR率较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of CCLG-ALL-2008 regimen on childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Methods:The clinical data of 29 children newly diagnosed as ALL who were treated with CCLG-ALL-2008 regimen in our hospital from July 2013 to November 2018 were collected.The treatment outcomes and adverse events were analyzed retrospectively.The event-free survival(EFS)was estimated by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis.Results:The complete remission(CR)rate on day 33 was 100%,and 3-year EFS rate was(87.3±7.2)%.The 5-year EFS was predicted more than 80%.Recurrence occurred in 2 cases during follow-up(6.90%).Conclusion:Based on the strict classification of diagnosis and treatment,as well as monitoring minimal residue disease(MRD),the CCLG-ALL-2008 regimen has a favorable preliminary efficacy and a high CR rate for the treatment of childhood ALL.
