摘 要:为了能够最大化地提升电力企业集约化管理的水准,需要电力企业加强对物资的管理,尤其是必须要实施集约化的管理方式。站在电力企业的角度而言,需要明确物资管理的重点,对于管理过程中的难点要加大把控,各种突破点要积极寻找,不断推动集约化的管理,落实规范化的管理要点,能够准确及时地满足物资供应的需求。下文就结合电力系统物资集约化管理中存在的问题及优化策略加以分析。In order to maximize the level of intensive management of electric power enterprises, it is necessary for electric power enterprises to strengthen the management of materials, especially the implementation of intensive management. From the point of view of electric power enterprises, it is necessary to clarify the key points of material management, increase control over the difficulties in the management process, actively search for various breakthroughs, constantly promote intensive management, and implement standardized management essentials, so as to accurately and timely meet the needs of material supply.
