浅议现代学徒制保障体系的构建

摘　　要：现代学徒制作为一种新兴的教育模式。通过校企合作,院校能够以产教融合的方式进行人才培养,以此提升人才整体质量,提升学生的就业能力,为学生提供更多的就业机会。要推行此种人才培养模式并获得一定的成效,则至少应该保障此制度利益相关者的利益,并且积极发挥利益主体所具有的作用。本文尝试从思路和举措两个方面探索构建保障现代学徒制正常运行的体系。Modern apprenticeship is a new mode of education.Through school-enterprise cooperation,higher colleges can train talents in the way of integration of production and education,so as to improve the overall quality of talents,enhance the employability of students,and provide more employment opportunities for students.If we want to carry out this kind of personnel training mode and get some results,we should at least protect the interests of the stakeholders of this system,and actively play the role of the stakeholders.This paper attempts to explore and build a system to ensure the normal operation of modern apprenticeship from two aspects of ideas and measures.
