摘　　要：本文以“支架”理论为基础,阐释“支架式教学”的主要内容,并以《泛读教程(4)》Unit 6 Holocaust教学为例,展示并分析“支架式教学”在高校英语专业泛读课堂中的教学设计和应用。Based on the Scaffolding theory,this paper illustrates the contents of“scaffolding instruction”,and demonstrates the application of scaffolding instruction to English extensive reading class in colleges through a detailed analysis of teaching design of Unit 6 Holocaust in Reading Course 4.
