摘 要:根据新工科教育理念,结合地方院校培养人才的特点,以化工过程分析与合成为课程建设目标,在课程教学过程中,结合新工科理念,从打磨适应地方经济建设的本科生培养方式、注重理论学习与工程实践双管齐下,优化课程体系、提高主讲教师工程技术背景、探索课程内容与计算机模拟的集成教学模式,强化学生综合能力等四方面探讨了新工科理念下地方院校如何提升工科人才培养的教学效果的措施和方法。Based on the new engineering education concept,combined with the characteristics of cultivating talents in local colleges and universities,aiming the chemical process analysis and synthesis as the curriculum construction goal,the measures and methods of how local colleges and universities improving the teaching effect in engineering talent training under the new engineering concept were discussed,including polishing the cultivation mode of undergraduates to adapt to local economic construction,paying attention to both theoretical learning and engineering practice,as well as for optimizing the course system,improving the engineering technology background of the lecturer,exploring the integrated teaching mode of course content and computer software application simulation,so as to strengthen the comprehensive ability of students.
