基于能力本位利用实践课程培养学生职业技能

摘　　要：以《药物合成实训》为例根据高职学生的职业定位、学生现有基础知识确定课程目标,选择重现性强、产率高的实践项目,以技能培训和素养培训为主。项目实施采用"按方抓药"的方式,多次抓不同的"方"训练学生的操作技能、安全意识、规则意识。课程考核成绩重视学生的平时操作表现、资料的全面性、理论和操作的结合。学生熟练"按方抓药"的基础上才逐步具有"开方"的能力、参与创新项目、科研项目的能力。Taking"practical training of drug synthesis"as an example,according to the vocational orientation of higher vocational students and the elementary knowledge of students,the curriculum objectives were determined by selecting the experimental projects with good reproducibility and high productivity,and mainly including skill training and quality training.The implementation of the project adopted the method of"taking medicine according to the prescription"to train the students’operation skills,safety awareness and rule awareness.The assessment results of the course attached importance to the students’usual performance,the comprehensiveness of materials,and the combination of theory and operation.Only when students are proficient in"taking medicine according to the prescription",they can gradually have the ability of"prescribing medications",participating in innovative projects and research projects.
