摘 要:双层管结构逐渐在深海油气开发中得到广泛应用。本文建立了深海双层管S型铺设力学模型,提出一种简化等效计算方法,充分考虑管道与托管架滚轮以及海床土的接触耦合作用,数值计算得出的静力结果与解析解吻合较好。进一步在随机波浪、海流以及铺管船运动共同作用下进行动力响应分析,计算得出等效管和双层管中外管与内管的整体动力响应,研究了外管和内管径厚比对响应幅值的影响。结果表明:双层管等效模型可以有效模拟计算管道动力行为,得出的外管张力、弯矩、应力和应变响应远大于内管,其响应幅值受相应外管和内管径厚比的影响显著,可为双层管在深海铺设的初步设计奠定理论基础。The pipe-in-pipe structures are widely applied for deep-sea exploration of crude oil and natural gas.This study established a mechanical model of deep-sea pipe-in-pipe for S-lay operation.In the model,a simplified equivalent calculation method was presented,and the clashing contacts between the pipeline and stinger rollers as well as pipe-seabed interactions were fully taken into account.The static results obtained by numerical calculation were in good agreement with the analytical solution.The dynamic response analysis were further conducted under the combined action of random waves,ocean currents and pipelaying vessel motions.The response results of equivalent pipe as well as outer pipe and inner pipe in the pipe-in-pipe structure were obtained,and the influences of outer pipe and inner pipe diameter-to-thickness ratios on the response amplitude were investigated.The results indicated that the equivalent model of the pipe-in-pipe structure could effectively simulate the pipeline dynamic behaviors,and that the tension,bending moment,stress and strain responses of outer pipe were much larger than those of inner pipe.The corresponding response amplitudes were greatly influenced by the outer pipe and inner pipe diameter-to-thickness ratios.These results could provide a theoretical basis for the initial design of deep-sea laying pipe-in-pipe structures.
