军队任职培训课程“测控技术”教学方法研究

摘　　要：随着新军事变革的推进,军事院校任职培训教育逐渐向提高实战化能力方面转变。如何在任职培训课程体系中推进教学方法改革,对于快速淬炼部队战斗力生成,对于科学构建任职培训教育实践体系都具有重要的研究意义。该文以装备任职培训课程“测控技术”为例,采用互动研讨式教学方法,以测控技术科研实验平台为教学保障手段,从教学准备和教学实施方面详细探讨了研讨式教学实践过程,最后提出了在教学过程中应当把握的问题。With the advancement of the new military reform,the vocational training education in military colleges has gradually changed to improve the practical ability.How to promote the reform of the teaching method of the vocational training course system is of great significance for the rapid development of the combat effectiveness of the army and the scientific construction of the practical system of vocational training education.Taking the equipment training course of"Testing and Control technology"as an example,adopting the interactive discussion-based teaching method,and taking the scientific research experiment platform for testing and control technology as the teaching guarantee means,this paper makes an in-depth exploration on discussion-based teaching from teaching preparation and teaching implementation,and finally puts forward the issues needing to be grasped in teaching.
