摘 要:在古希腊的五项运动以及古代的奥林匹克竞赛当中,跳远运动都属于重要的项目。通过练习跳远,能提高运动员的速度、灵巧性与弹跳力,还能有效地增强心脏以及其他内脏器官的功能,保证身心健康。跳远运动属于力量型、速度型的项目。据实践研究表明,在跳远的教学过程中,最重要的部分就是跳远技术,起跳也是最关键的组成部分,而跳远技术的核心就是跑跳结合。因此该文对跳远教学中的速度训练展开较为深入的探究,提出跳远教学中的绝对速度和助跑速度、踏板速度、起跳速度、摆动动作速度等训练要点,希望为相关人士提供参考与借鉴。Among the f ive events in ancient Greece and the Olympic Games in ancient times,long jump is an important event.Through the practice of long jump,it can improve the speed,dexterity and springing ability of athletes,and effectively enhance the function of heart and other internal organs to ensure physical and mental health.Long jump belongs to the items of strength and speed.According to the practice research,in the long jump teaching process,the most important part is the long jump technology,the take-off is also the most critical component,and the core of the long jump technology is the combination of running and jumping.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth study of speed training in long jump teaching,and puts forward the training points of the absolute speed and run-up speed,pedal speed,take-of f speed,swing movement speed in the long jump teaching,hoping to provide reference and reference for the relevant people.
