摘　　要：出墨量是中性笔书写性能的一个重要指标,影响出墨量测量的因素较多,行业内就如何准确测量争议较多。本文对出墨量的测量建立了测量模型,对可能引入不确定度的主要因素进行了分析和试验,对中性笔出墨量的科学评定进行了探索。本文结论是影响出墨量各因素中,书写间距增大对出墨量增大显著,国产书写纸与ISO 14145进口书写纸间出墨量差异较大。出墨量测量不确定度值贡献较大的因素是出墨量的实验标准差和纸张因素引入的不确定度。希望给中性笔制造与检测、检测设备和书写纸的制造与改进等提供有益的借鉴。Ink flow rate is a key indicator of gel pen writing performance.There are many factors that affect the measurement of flow rate and there are many disputes in the industry.In this paper,a measurement mathematical model was established for the measurement of ink flow rate and the main factors that may introduce uncertainty were found out,analyzed and tested.The scientific evaluation of ink flow rate of gel pen is explored.The conclusion of this paper is that among the factors affecting the ink flow rate,the ink flow rate increases significantly with the increase of writing pitch,and there is a big difference between domestic writing paper and ISO 14145 imported writing paper.The biggest contribution factors of the uncertainty value of ink flow rate measurement are the experimental standard deviation of ink flow rate and the uncertainty introduced by paper factor.It is hoped that it can provide useful reference for the manufacture,detection of gel ink pen and the manufacture and improvement of detection equipment and writing paper.
