摘  要:胰腺癌是一种起病隐匿、恶性程度极高、诊断困难的消化系统肿瘤,早期诊断是提高胰腺癌患者生存率、改善预后的关键。介绍了胰液中循环游离DNA甲基化异常与胰腺癌早期诊断的相关研究的进展,认为胰液中循环游离DNA甲基化检测有望成为胰腺癌早期诊断的有效手段。Pancreatic cancer is a digestive system tumor with insidious onset,high malignancy,and difficult diagnosis,and early diagnosis is the key to improving the survival rate and prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.This article introduces the research advances in abnormal methylation of cell-free DNA in pancreatic juice and the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,and it is believed that the detection of cell-free DNA methylation in pancreatic juice may be an effective method for the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
