摘  要:基于甘肃农业大学农业水利工程专业提出的培养“厚基础、高素质、强能力”复合型人才目标,对专业综合实验课程实验项目进行一体化设计,创新教学管理方式,同时段进行不同实验项目,每个实验项目实行小组组长负责制和小组跟进制。通过深化改革课前预习、实验操作、交流讨论、撰写报告等实践教学环节,着重培养学生创新实践能力、团队合作能力,沟通与交流能力和书面写作能力。实践证明学生的综合素质能力得到普遍提高。该教学方式充分发掘优良学生学习潜力,有效驱动存在“等、靠、混”思想的学生自主跟进学习。Based on the goal of cultivating compound talents with“thick foundation,high quality and strong ability”put forward by the agricultural water conservancy engineering specialty of Gansu Agricultural University,the experimental project is designed in an integrated way,and the teaching management mode is innovated.Different projects are carried out.Each project is implemented with the system of group leader responsibility and group following system.We deepen practical teaching links such as pre-class preview,experimental operation,exchange and discussion,and report writing,and focus on cultivating students’innovative practical,team cooperative,communicative and written ability.Practice proved that the comprehensive quality and ability of students have been generally improved.This teaching method can fully explore the learning potential of excellent students and drive the students who have the idea of“waiting,relying and mixing”to follow up their own learning.
