摘 要:目的:观察分析临床护理教学存在的问题以及相应对策。方法:选取本院(在2017年7月-2019年2月)搜集的52名实习护士和13名带教教师的一般资料,采用本院特制问卷调查表分析临床护理带教过程中的主要存在问题,再采取相应解决对策。结果:调查研究显示临床护理带教过程中的主要存在问题为:(1)带教教师培养目标不够明确、(2)教学理念不够先进、(3)带教意识不够强、(4)压力比较大、(5)精力不够充足,各组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(1)实习生基础知识不够扎实、(2)心理承受能力差、(3)缺乏主动学习意识以及法律意识等,各组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理教学存在的问题主要有带教教师培养目标不够明确、教学理念不够先进带教意识不够强以及实习生基础知识不够扎实以及心理承受能力差等,针对上述问题采取相应措施可有效提高护理质量。objective:to observe and analyze the problems in clinical nursing teaching and the corresponding countermeasures.Methods:the general data of 52 practical nurses and 13 teaching teachers collected by our hospital(from July 2017 to February 2019)were selected,and the main problems in the process of clinical nursing teaching were analyzed by a special questionnaire of our hospital,and corresponding countermeasures were taken.Results:the study shows that the main existing problems in the process of clinical nursing teaching is:(1)teaching teachers training objectives were unclear,(2)the advanced teaching idea is not enough,(3)teaching consciousness is not strong,(4)pressure is bigger,(5)energy,enough is enough,groups of data comparison difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(1)the interns lack solid basic knowledge,(2)poor psychological endurance,(3)lack of active learning awareness and legal awareness,etc.,and the differences between the groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the problems existing in clinical nursing teaching mainly include unclear training objectives of teaching teachers,not enough advanced teaching concepts,not enough strong teaching awareness,not enough solid basic knowledge of interns and poor psychological endurance,etc.,and corresponding measures can effectively improve the quality of nursing.
