摘　　要：针对现阶段家具板材表面耐磨实验装置存在着载荷精度不足、调节困难和对不同厚度板材耐磨测试前载荷的调节步骤繁琐等问题,创新设计一种新型家具表面耐磨性能检测装置。改进常用的耐磨设备中的加压臂,采用垂直加载力值的框架设计,彻底消除因板材厚度导致加载力角度变化带来的力值偏差,消除角度变化带来的力值偏差调整,提高家具耐磨性能检测精度及效率。The abrasion resistant testing device of current furniture plates surface exists in sufficient load and difficult to adjust, the procedure of load adjustment before text is complicated for the abrasion resistant different thickness plates,aiming at the question,a new type of abrasion resistant texing device for farniture surface was designed,improving the pressure arm in the normal using abrasion resistant equipment, adopting the frame design with vertical loading fore,completely eliminating force value deviation caused by the change of the loading force angle due to the thickness of the plate,and also eliminating the adjustment of the force value deviation caused by the angle change,improving the accuracy are efficiency of furniture plates abrasion resistant.
