口述史研究与叙事医学对发展中医临床医学人文精神的启示

摘　　要：医学界对医学人文价值的关注度与日俱增,但医务工作者究竟如何在临床事务中践行医学人文精神,目前没有成熟的模式。口述史研究与叙事医学都是近年来备受关注的新兴研究领域,其共通之处在于重视个体的经历与感受,与医学人文的精神内核相符。在总结口述史研究与叙事医学基本概念、内涵、实践方法等内容的基础上,结合中医学特点,从名老中医人文精神传承、中医科研、中医教育、中医临床诊疗四个方面探讨中医学临床人文精神在推广、学习和实践时可行的模式,期望为中医临床人文理念的落实提供借鉴。In recent years, the medical circles pay more and more attention to the value of medical humanities. However, there is no mature mode for medical workers to practice the spirit of medical humanities in clinical affairs. Oral history research and narrative medicine attracted lots of attention in new research fields in recent years. Based on summarizing the basic concepts, connotations and practical methods of oral history research and narrative medicine, this paper discusses the feasible models of clinical humanistic spirit of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance, TCM scientific research, TCM education and TCM diagnosis and treatment in combination with the characteristics of TCM, hoping to provide reference for the implementation of clinical humanistic concept of TCM.
