摘　　要：心因性非痫性发作(PNES)是转换障碍疾病最常见的临床类型之一。患者表现在运动、感觉、行为上类似癫痫发作的阵发性活动,这种发作缺乏神经生物的起源且没有相应的癫痫样电生理特征改变。针对PNES的诊断与治疗一直是临床工作中的难点,目前心理治疗是被推荐最有效的治疗方法。现对PNES的心理治疗相关研究进行综述,为PNES的诊疗提供有益参考。Psychogenic non-epileptic seizures(PNES)are one of the most common clinical types of conversion disorders.The patients showed paroxysmal activities similar to epileptic seizures in movement,sensation,and behavior,which lacked biological origin and had no corresponding epileptic electrophysiological characteristics.The diagnosis and treatment of PNES has always been a difficult point in clinical work.At present,psychotherapy is recommended as the most effective treatment.The application of psychotherapy in psychogenic non-epileptic seizures is now reviewed in this paper to provide useful reference for the diagnosis and treatment of PNES.
