摘  要:随着我国科技进步和发展,新时代对高校学生职业道德提出了更高要求。高校作为培养“准职业人”的摇篮,其责任重大。通过对企业管理者和职员进行实证调研,对他们在职业道德教育认知方面存在的异同进行比较分析得出,职业道德认同感越高,其职业发展成绩就越高;职业道德教育无论是高校还是企业都必须进行。同时针对存在的问题,提出了解决这些问题必须加强职业道德教育“内外双合力”才能达到预期效果。With the progress and development of science and technology in China,the new era puts forward higher requirements for professional ethics for college students.As the cradle of training"quasi professionals",colleges and universities have great responsibilities.Through the empirical research on the managers and employees of enterprises,and the comparative analysis of the similarities and differences in their cognition of professional ethics education,it is concluded that the higher the sense of identity of professional ethics,the higher the achievement of professional development;professional ethics education must be carried out in both colleges and enterprises.At the same time,in view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward that to solve these problems,both“internal and external forces”of professional ethics education must be strengthened to achieve the desired effect.
