摘　　要：目的Tra2a作为Tra2(前体mRNA剪接转换蛋白)的一个亚族,其作用在许多肿瘤中均有报道,但是在肾上皮性肿瘤的作用还没有明确研究。本研究探讨Tra2a在肾上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达差异,分析其表达与肾上皮性肿瘤临床病理参数之间的关联性及其临床意义。方法收集临沂市人民医院2011-01-01-2019-03-31手术根治肾上皮性肿瘤组织101例及相应的癌旁肾上皮组织(正常对照组,距肿瘤边缘>5cm),所有患者均病理确诊、临床资料完整,术前均未行化疗、放疗及其他治疗,免疫组织化学染色检测Tra2a在不同组织学类型的肾上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达,统计学方法分析Tra2a表达情况及其临床意义。采用SPSS 22.0对数据进行统计分析。结果101例肾上皮性肿瘤患者中,透明细胞性肾细胞癌47例,Tra2a表达着色定位于细胞质内31例;乳头状肾细胞癌14例,Tra2a表达着色定位于细胞质内10例;嫌色细胞肾细胞癌等其他肾上皮性肿瘤共40例,Tra2a表达着色定位于细胞核内36例;各表达间差异有统计学意义,χ~2=59.392,P<0.001。在正常肾组织中,Tra2a在近曲小管内表达主要定位于细胞质,在远曲小管内表达定位于细胞核,而在肾小球内则不表达。起源于肾近曲小管的肿瘤61例,Tra2a定位于细胞质41例;起源于肾远曲小管的肿瘤35例,Tra2a表达定位于细胞核31例,差异有统计学意义,χ~2=52.819,P<0.001。Tra2a表达与患者性别(χ~2=0.462,P=0.497)、年龄(χ~2=0.134,P=0.714)、组织学类型(P=0.849)、肿瘤大小(χ~2=0.298,P=0.985)、有无淋巴结转移(χ~2=0.190,P=0.663)、ISUP/WHO分级(χ~2=0.240,P=0.624)、Ki-67(χ~2=0.257,P=0.612)均无关联性。结论Tra2a表达着色定位与肾上皮性肿瘤组织学类型及其组织起源具有关联性,与肾上皮性肿瘤患者年龄、性别等临床病理参数无关联性。OBJECTIVE Renal cell tumors are the most common malignant tumors of the kidney.It is critical to explore a new treatment target and to increase the understanding of the potential molecular mechanism of the development.Tra2a,as a sub-family of Tra2(precursor mRNA splice-converting protein),has been reported in many tumors,but there is no clear effect mechanish on renal cell tumors.The purpose of this study was to explore the difference of Tra2a expression in renal cell tumors,and analyze the correlation between Tra2a expression and clinicopathological varieties of renal cell tumors.METHODS Collecting 101 cases renal cell tumors,from January 1,2011 to March 31,2019,treated surgically in Linyi people’s Hospital.All cases were diagnosed pathologically,the clinical data were complete,and no chemotherapy,radiotherapy and other treatments were performed before operation to detect the expression of Tra2a in 101 cases with different histological classification of renal cell tumors by immunohistochemistry.The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0.RESULTS Among the 101 cases of renal cell tumors in this study,47 cases were clear cell renal cell carcinoma,and 31 cases of Tra2a expression were located in the cytoplasm;14 cases were papillary renal cell carcinom,and Tra2a expression staining was located in the cytoplasm in 10 cases;40 cases were chromophobe cell renal cell car cinoma and other renal epithelial tumors and Tra2aexpression staining was located in the nucleus in 36 cases,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=59.392,P<0.001).In the normal kidney group,the expression of Tra2a in the proximal tubule was mainly located in the cytoplasm,in the distal tubule was located in the nucleus,but not espressing in the glomerulus.Totally 61 cases of tumors originate from renal proximal tubules,Tra2a was located in the cytoplasm in 41 cases;35 cases of tumors originate from renal distal tubules,and Tra2aexpression was located in the nucleus is 31 cases,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=52.819,P<0.001).The
