腔内微波热疗合并放射治疗鼻咽癌的临床对照研究

摘　　要：１９９４年５月至１９９５年４月将９８例初治鼻咽癌配对分为腔内微波热疗合并放疗（简称热疗）组与单纯放疗（简称单放）组各４９例。间接鼻咽镜与ＣＴ近期疗效评价，热放组鼻咽原发灶完全消退率分别为９５．９２％与６８．８９％，单放组为８３．６７％与４６．６７％（Ｐ＜０．０５），热放组肿瘤缩小１／２与完全消退放射剂量均较单放组明显降低。疗效与加热温度，热疗次数有关，同时亦发现热放组颈淋巴结转移灶完全消退率较单放组高。From May ,1994 to April,1995,98 nasopharyngeal carcinoma Patients (stage ll to IVa)without any anti cancer treatment previously were randomized into the controlled group (radiotherapy alone)and the combined group(intracavitary microwave hyperthermia plus irradiation).The CR rate of the primary lesion in nasopharynx was 95.92%(47/49)for the combined group,and 83.67%(41/39)for the controlled group at end of treatment.The difference between the two group was statistically sinifi cant(p<0.05).CT scan after 2 3 months follow up showed that the CR rate of primary lesion in nasopharynx was 68.89%(31/45) in combined group,compared to 46.67%(21/45) in cntrolled group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant too (p<0.05).The average irradiation doses for half reduction and CR of primary lesion in combined group were lower than those in contolled group.It was found that CR rate was related to tumor surface temperature and time of thermotherapy.The CR rate of cervical metastatic lymphnodes in combined group was higher than that in controlled group.
