摘 要:在35±1℃下使用有机垃圾为原料进行了发酵制氢实验。比较了8%、10%、12%三个不同料液下的制氢潜力,得出发酵料液质量分数为8%时其制氢效果相对较好,并使用修正的Gompertz方程对实验组的产气情况进行拟合,拟合效果较好。产氢末端液相产物主要为乙酸和丁酸,其厌氧发酵产氢类型为丁酸型发酵。分析了过程中产氢量与氢化酶活性之间的关系以及pH和m (C)/m (N)分别对氢化酶活性的影响,发现当pH在5~5.5范围内、m (C)/m (N)在20~25范围内时,氢化酶活性相对较强,并且此时相对应的产氢量也基本处于最大值,说明适宜的pH值和m (C)/m (N)能够很好的促进产氢细菌的作用,进行代谢产氢。In this study,organic waste was used as raw material for hydrogen fermentation at 35 ± 1℃. The hydrogen production potential under three different TS concentrations of 8%,10% and 12% were compared,and it was concluded that the hydrogen production effect was relatively good when TS concentration was 8%. The modified Gompertz equation was used to fit the gas production situation of the experimental group,and the fitting effect was good. The hydrogen-producing liquid phase products are mainly acetic acid and butyric acid. And analyzes the process of the relationship between the middle and hydrogenase active hydrogen content and pH and m( C)/m( N) affect hydrogenase activity respectively,found that when pH,within the range of 5 ~ 5. 5 m( C)/m( N) within the scope of 20 ~ 25,hydrogenated enzyme activity is relatively strong,and the corresponding amount of hydrogen production is basic in maximum,suitable p H and m( C)/m( N) is good for promoting the effect of hydrogen producing bacteria,metabolic production of hydrogen.
