摘　　要：清末岭南医家江英华所著《卫生指南》现收录于《广州大典》。《卫生指南》是早期卫生保健理论与近代岭南社会历史、尤其是传染病防治实践相结合的产物。该书提出了卫生要旨为慎居处、节饮食;重视婚姻健康,反对早婚不婚;防疫以洁净秽居、涤除虫毒为要;注重突发伤害的救治等卫生保健及防疫急救思想。"慎居处、节饮食"为"未病先防","洁净秽居、涤除虫毒"为"既病防传",二者为中医"治未病"思想的延伸与发展;反对早婚不婚、注重择偶的婚姻观则是"强种强国"思想的体现;突发伤害的各种救治措施,既是对传统急救理论的继承,也结合了当代西医急救知识。The book of Hygiene Guidelines now has been included in the multi-volume series of A Complete Collection of Guangzhou Classics,which was compiled by the Lingnan physician JIANG Ying-Hua in the late Qing dynasty. The book of Hygiene Guidelines is the combination of early health care theory and modern Lingnan social history,especially the history of prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. In this book,the thoughts for health care, epidemic prevention and emergency treatment were put forward. The health care, epidemic prevention and emergency treatment can be achieved by being careful in choosing living place and balancing the diet,being serious in marital health and against early marriage and non-marriage,cleaning the dwelling place and eliminating pathogenic bacterium respectively. Being careful in choosing living place and balancing the diet can prevent the diseases,and cleaning the dwelling place and eliminating pathogenic bacterium can preventing the spread after the occurrence of epidemic disease, which were the extension and development of the thoughts of preventive treatment of diseases in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. Also,measures such as against early marriage and non-marriage and being serious in choosing the mate reflect the thoughts of optimizing offspring for racial prosperity. Various first-aid measures for the treatment of sudden injuries not only inherit the traditional firstaid theory,but also absorb the modern first-aid knowledge of modern western medicine.
