无极绳绞车多尾轮布置在掘进工作面辅助运输中的应用

摘　　要：基于巷道空间布置的影响,创新应用了无极绳绞车多尾轮布置。通过在各个转弯点安装尾轮,牵引车在各个尾轮覆盖的区段内直达运输,实现了无极绳绞车运输物料的多极化,减少调度绞车安装数量和运输环节,解决了分段接力运输的困境,有效降低了辅助运输风险点,减轻了作业人员的劳动强度,降低了管理难度和设备事故率,大大提高了运输效率,实现了设备集约、运输高效、人员精简和经济一体化的效果。Based on the influence of roadway space layout,innovative applied the endless rope winch with multi tail wheel arrangement.Through installed a tail wheel at each turn,the tractor can transport directly in the cover segment of each wheel and realize conveying materials multi-polarization by endless rope winch,which reduces the amount of dispatching winch to installed and transport links,solves the plight of transport with staging.It can reduce the risk of points in auxiliary transportation effectively and reduce the labor intensity of operator,the difficulty of management and equipment accidents.It greatly improves the transport efficiency,which realized the effect of intensive equipment,efficient transportation,simplified personnel and economic integration.
