摘　　要：目的:观察前房灌注经瞳孔硅油取出联合晶状体超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法:对2018年1月至2019年6月溧阳市中医医院25例(25眼)硅油填充眼并发性白内障行前房灌注经瞳孔硅油取出联合晶状体超声乳化人工晶状体植入术,观察术中术后并发症、手术耗时及术后视力。术后随访3~6个月。结果:25例硅油全部顺利取出,无硅油残留。随访末期视力≥0.1者18眼(72.00%),优于术前的5眼(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.607,P=0.000)。无复发性视网膜脱离、角膜内皮失代偿或人工晶状体脱位等严重并发症。结论:前房灌注经瞳孔硅油取出联合晶状体超声乳化术治疗硅油填充眼并发性白内障安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of transpupillary silicone oil removal and phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation under anterior chamber perfusion.Methods From Jan.2018 to Jun.2019,25 eyes of 25 cases of silicone oil-filled eyes with complicated cataract in Liyang nicipal Traditional Chinese Hospital underwent transpupillary silicone oil removal under anterior chamber perfusion,combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.The intraoperative and postoperative complications,operation time and postoperative visual acuity were observed.The followed up time was 3-6 months.Results Silicone oil was successfully removed in 25 cases,without residual silicone oil.The visual acuity was≥0.1 in 18 eyes(72.00%),which were better than that in 5 eyes(20.00%)before operation(χ2=13.607,P=0.000).No severe complication such as recurrent retinal detachment,corneal endothelial decompensation or intraocular len dislocation occurred.Conclusion Transpupillary silicone oil removal under anterior chamber perfusion,combined with phacoemulsification is safe and effective for the treatment of silicone oil-filled eyes and complicated cataract.
