摘　　要：目的了解江苏省中老年人口腔健康知识态度和行为现状,为进一步开展口腔健康教育和预防保健工作提供科学依据。方法依据WHO《口腔健康调查基本方法》(第5版)调查方法和第四次全国口腔健康流行病调查方案,采用多阶段、分层、等容量、随机抽样的方法,对江苏省35~74岁中老年人被抽样调查的人群进行口腔健康问卷调查,并统计分析其口腔健康知识、态度和行为情况。结果调查对象的平均年龄为56.18岁,口腔健康知信行总均分为(38.97±4.65)分。在口腔健康知识方面,对龋齿、牙龈炎等知晓率较高,而对氟化物的知晓率只有32.0%,对窝沟封闭的知晓率仅为5.3%;在口腔健康态度方面,对自己口腔健康状况不满意者接近七成(67.3%),积极认同口腔健康的重要性(95.1%)及定期口腔检查的必要性(88.9%),但认为牙齿好坏天生的比例很高(73.8%);在口腔健康行为方面,所调查人群更注重减少甜点心(2.05±1.05)、甜饮料(2.56±0.76)的摄入,但牙线使用(0.07±0.41)、牙齿洁治(0.22±0.78)的计分均较低。性别、城乡差异、教育程度等是影响江苏省中老年人群口腔健康知识、态度、行为的重要因素。结论江苏省中老年人口腔健康知信行现状不容乐观,提示应加强对中老年人的口腔健康教育,帮助他们建立正确的口腔卫生行为。Objective To evaluate the knowledge,attitudes and practices of oral health among middle-aged and elderly people in Jiangsu Province,and to provide scientific basis for further oral health education and preventive health care.Methods According to the Basic Method of Oral Health Survey(5th edition)of WHO,a multi-stage,multi-stratified,equal-volume and random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on oral health among the middle-aged and old people(aged 35-74)in Jiangsu Province.Their oral health knowledge,attitudes and behaviors were statistically analyzed.Results The average age of the respondents was 56.18 years old.The total score of knowledge,attitudes and practices of oral health was 38.97±4.65.In terms of oral health knowledge,the awareness rate of dental caries and gingivitis was higher,which of fluoride was only 32.0%.The awareness rate of pit and fissure sealing rate was even 5.3%.In terms of oral health attitudes,nearly 70%people were unsatisfied with their oral health status(67.3%).They positively recognized the importance of oral health(95.1%)and did regular oral health examination(88.9%).But 73.8%interviewee believed that the quality of teeth depended on the innate factors.For oral health behavior,the surveyed people paid more attention to reducing the intake of dessert(2.05±1.05)and sweet drink(2.56±0.76),rather than the frequency of floss application(0.07±0.41)and dental cleaning(0.22±0.78).Gender,urban-rural differences and education level were all the important factors affecting oral health knowledge,attitudes and practices of middle-aged and elderly people in Jiangsu Province.Conclusion The present situation of oral health knowledge,attitudes and practices among middle-aged and elderly people in Jiangsu Province is not optimistic,which suggests that oral health education should be strengthened to help them establish correct oral health behaviors.
