摘　　要：凹面畸形一种颅面部软组织侧貌畸形,多数情况下表现为安氏骨性Ⅲ类错牙合。据调查我国凹面畸形患病率高达12%,凹面错牙合有其特殊的颅面形态特征,包括软组织、骨组织、牙齿组织及生长趋势等方面的异常。每种异常在三维方向上又各有其所不同,且就每一个体而言不同畸形程度因不同生长发育期而异,这使得临床分析、诊断、治疗及预后判断更为复杂。本文将对凹面型患者颅面部生长发育及其预测进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供帮助。Concave profile,a kind of lateral deformity of craniofacial soft tissue,generally manifests as skeletal ClassⅢmalocclusion.According to the survey,the prevalence of concave profile in China is as high as 12%,and it has special craniofacial morphological characteristics,including abnormalities in soft tissue,bone tissue,tooth tissue and growth trend.Each anomaly has its own threedimensional orientation.Moreover,for each individual,the degree of deformity is different due to different growth and development periods,which makes clinical analysis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis more complicated.This article will review craniofacial growth and development and its prediction in retrognathism malocclusion patients,in order to provide help for clinical treatment.
