摘 要:使用密度计和黏度计测定了常压和298.15-348.15 K下液体2,5-二氯氟苯的密度和黏度,通过改进的Rose釜测定了2,5-二氯氟苯在356.68-443.07 K下的饱和蒸汽压。实验结果表明:2,5-二氯氟苯的密度与温度呈现良好的线性关系,并计算了其等压热膨胀系数。2,5-二氯氟苯的黏度与温度关系可准确地用Litovitz、Ghatee和VFT方程进行关联,并得到相应方程的参数,其中VFT方程平均相对偏差最小、精度最高。Antoine和Riedel方程均能很好地描述2,5-二氯氟苯饱和蒸汽压与温度的关系,满足工程设计的要求,其中Antoine方程因平均相对偏差低使得其精度更高。基于饱和蒸汽压数据,通过Clausius-Clapeyron方程,得到2,5-二氯氟苯在356.68-443.07 K下的摩尔汽化焓与温度关系式,且其常压沸点下的摩尔汽化焓为41.90 kJ/mol。上述测得的密度、黏度以及饱和蒸汽压数据及其回归参数对2,5-二氯氟苯蒸馏分离的设计提供了基础数据。Density and viscosity data of liquid 2,5-dichlorofluorobenzene were determined by a densitometer and viscometer in the temperature range from 298.15 K to 348.15 K at atmospheric pressure.Saturated vapor pressure data of 2,5-dichlorofluorobenzene were measured in the temperature range from 356.68 K to 443.07 K.The experimental results indicate that the density of 2,5-dichlorofluorobenzene have a good linear relationship with temperature,and the isobaric thermal expansion coefficient was obtained.The relationship between viscosity and temperature of 2,5-dichlorofluorobenzene can be accurately correlated by Litovitz,Ghatee and VFT equations,and the parameters of the corresponding equations are obtained.The average relative deviation of VFT equation is the smallest,which shows the best accuracy.Both Antoine and Riedel equations can well describe the relationship between saturated vapor pressure and temperature,which meet the requirements of engineering design.The Antoine equation is more accurate due to the lower average relative deviation.Based on the saturated vapor pressure data,the relationship between the molar vaporization enthalpy of 2,5-dichlorofluorobenzene in the temperature range from 356.68 K to 443.07 K was obtained by the Clausius-Clapeyron equation.The molar enthalpy of vaporization is 41.90 kJ/mol at the atmospheric boiling point.The above obtained density,viscosity and saturated vapor pressure data of 2,5-dichlorofluorobenzene and its regression parameters provide basic data for the design of the distillation separation.
