摘 要:机载天线的伺服系统比较特殊,需要做到既不能影响飞机的航电系统,还要适应飞机飞行的各种要求。相比常规的天线控制系统,在尺寸、重量、温度、电磁兼容性方面都对机载天线的伺服系统有更高的要求。针对目前大量出现的小型无人机,之前的天线和天线伺服系统的体积重量已很难满足设计要求。这里采用ARM的嵌入式架构,将天线控制器在硬件上缩小体积。结果证明设计的机载天线控制器满足各种小型无人机和对安装空间要求苛刻的环境的使用,还可用于其他车载、船载等天线的应用环境。实现了天线控制器的工程化、小型化、通用化和高可靠性。The servo system of the airborne antenna is special and it needs to be able to affect the avionics system of the aircraft and the various requirements of the flight.Compared with the conventional antenna control system,the servo system of the airborne antenna has higher requirements in terms of size,weight,temperature and electromagnetic compatibility.For the small unmanned aerial vehicle that are currently in large numbers,the volumetric weight of the previous antenna and antenna servo systems has been difficult to meet the design requirements.ARM’s embedded architecture is used to reduce the size of the antenna controller hardware.The results show that the designed airborne antenna controller can meet the requirements of various small unmanned aerial vehicles and environments with demanding installation space and can also be used in other automotive,shipborne and other antenna applications.The antenna controller is engineered,miniaturized,generalized and highly reliable.
