摘　　要：在分析总结绿色建筑评价标准五大指标要点的基础上,将各评价指标体系相对应的评价标识要求,包括地形、建筑、结构、装饰、安装设备图纸;建筑材料、水量、风量、日照、碳排放量、绿容率、节能计算书;风量、水质、CO2排放、甲醛、温湿度、用能计量、材料、旧建筑利用等检测报告;各类系统运行记录;现场实景照片等进行了详细汇总。同时以室内环境为例简要地总结了所涉及的检测方案,据此提供了准确有效地检测报告,以进一步推进绿色建筑的高质量发展。Based on the analysis and summary of the five main indicators of green building evaluation standards,this paper puts forward the corresponding evaluation and identification requirements of each evaluation index system,including topography,buildings,structures,decoration,installation equipment drawings,building materials,water volume,air volume,sunshine,carbon emission,green capacity,energy saving calculation sheet,air volume,water quality,CO 2 emission,formaldehyde,temperature and humidity,energy consumption measurement,materials,utilization of old buildings and other test reports,operation records of various systems,scene photos,etc.At the same time,taking the indoor environment as an example,this paper briefly summarizes the detection schemes involved,so as to provide accurate and effective detection reports,and further promote the high-quality development of green buildings.
