桔梗枳壳汤联合西药治疗反流性食管炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨桔梗枳壳汤治疗反流性食管炎(RE)的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:纳入90例RE患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用桔梗枳壳汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、血清胃肠激素[胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)]、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、36条简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分变化,评定临床疗效,记录不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者治疗后中医证候积分均低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后MTL、GAS水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后SF-36评分各项均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者疗程结束后治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桔梗枳壳汤联合西药治疗RE疗效显著,可明显升高患者胃肠激素,改善炎症状态,提高生活质量,且安全性良好。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Jiegeng Zhiqiao Decoction(桔梗枳壳汤)in treating patients with reflux esophagitis(RE)and influence on the patients'life quality.Methods:Total 90 patients with RE were randomly divided into the observation group(45 patients)and the control group(45 patients).The control group were treated with routine western medicines while the observation group were treated with Jiegeng Zhiqiao Decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,serum gastrointestinal hormones(MTL and GAS),inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6,CRP),and 36 simple Health Status questionnaire(SF-36)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in each group was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores of observation group was lower than those of the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of MTL and GAS in both groups were higher after treatment than before(P<0.05),the levels of MTL and GAS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP in both groups were lower after treatment than before(P<0.05),the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,SF-36 scores of patients in both groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Jiegeng Zhiqiao Decoction combined with
