知柏地黄汤合白虎汤对阴虚火旺型2型糖尿病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析在对阴虚火旺型2型糖尿病患者治疗中通过应用中医药知柏地黄汤合白虎汤的治疗价值。方法抽取2017年8月—2019年8月本院收治的80例阴虚火旺型2型糖尿病患者,并依据治疗方案分组为对照组与观察组,对照组采取常规治疗方案,同期观察组加用中医药知柏地黄汤合白虎汤治疗。对比两组入组时与治疗后的各血糖指标、观察药物不良反应以及疗效情况。结果观察组总有效率97.50%,对照组85.00%,且P<0.05;两组入组时FBG、2hPG、HbAlc比较中P>0.05;治疗后观察组的FBG、2hPG、HbAlc均优于对照组,且P<0.05;观察组不良反应率比较5.00%,对照组7.50%,且组间差异P>0.05。结论对于阴虚火旺型的2型糖尿病患者通过运用知柏地黄汤合白虎汤治疗可以有效控制血糖水平并提升疗效,同时安全性良好。Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction and Baihu Decoction in treating patients with type 2 diabetes due to Yin deficiency and fire flourishing.Methods Extraction in August 2017 to August 2019 in our hospital treated 80 cases of Yin deficiency type fire in patients with type 2 diabetes,according to treatment grouped into control group and observation group,control group treated with conventional scheme,observation group with the same period with known when to parker's close white tiger decoction of traditional Chinese medicine.Blood glucose indexes after treatment were compared between the two groups,and adverse drug reactions and efficacy were observed.Results The total effective rate was 97.50%in the observation group and 85.00%in the control group,and P<0.05.When the two groups were enrolled,FBG,2hPG and HbAlc were compared.The FBG,2hPG and HbAlc in the observation group after treatment was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 5.00%in the observation group and 7.50%in the control group,and P>0.05.Conclusion Zhibai Dihuang Decoction and Baihu Decoction can effectively control the blood glucose level and improve the efficacy and safety for type 2 diabetic patients with Yin deficiency and fire flourishing type.
