摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺素E1用于急性胰腺炎治疗中的效果及安全性。方法方便选择2017年4月—2019年5月该院收治的80例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为两组,每组40例。参照组接受生长抑制素治疗,研究组采用前列腺素E1治疗。比较两组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果研究组总有效率为92.50%,明显高于参照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.501,P<0.05);研究组生化指标、凝血指标优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组各症状缓解时间及饮食恢复时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为7.50%,参照组为10.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列腺素E1治疗急性胰腺炎疗效显著,可有效缓解症状,降低血淀粉酶,安全可靠。Objective To explore the effect and safety of prostaglandin E1 in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods Eighty patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to May 2019 were convenient selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes,each with 40 cases.The reference group received somatostatin therapy,and the study group was treated with prostaglandin E1.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.501,P<0.05);the biochemical and coagulation indexes in the study group were better than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom relief time and diet recovery time of the study group were shorter than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.50%and that in the reference group was 10.00%.There was no statistically difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 is effective in treating acute pancreatitis.It can effectively relieve symptoms and reduce blood amylase.It is safe and reliable.
