摘  要:硬质合金精密微型刀具智能测控系统主要用于代替人工对钻尖开槽钻、径精磨工序的产品进行检测和调整机床加工参数。系统设计服从于整个智能制造工厂的规划和整体架构,采用1 N模式的智能测控系统经济性较好。智能控制系统包括快速检测中心(QMC)、智能控制系统开发、高可靠高性能系统基础支承平台等三大块,其关键技术在于快速检测中心(QMC)开发、机床加工参数识别、机床自动反馈控制、控制系统服务端与客户端的安全可靠数据交互、控制设备控制软件的客户端的开发、服务端智能调机算法的开发等。系统采用双活数据容灾中心方案搭建运行环境。文中还对若干共性关键问题提出了建议或解决方案。The carbide precision micro tool intelligent measuring and control system is mainly used to detect the products in the process of tip grooving drilling and radial fine grinding and adjust the machine processing parameters instead of manual work.The system design is subject to the planning and overall structure of the whole intelligent manufacturing factory,and the intelligent measurement and control system with 1 N mode is more economical.The intelligent control system includes the Quick Inspection Center(QMC),intelligent control system development,high reliability and high performance system foundation supporting platform.The key technology lies in the development of Quick Inspection Center(QMC),machine tool processing parameter identification and automatic machine tool feedback control,the server and the client of the control system secure and reliable data interaction,control equipment control software development of the client,the server development of intelligent tuning algorithm,etc.The system adopts a dual-active data disaster recovery center solution to build the operating environment.The paper also provides suggestions or solutions to some common key problems.
