摘　　要：目的:探讨微信互动平台联合问题导向学习(PBL)、团队导向学习(TBL)在中医内科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法:利用搭建微信互动平台,在中医内科临床见习教学中实施联合PBL、TBL教学法,通过考核与问卷调查方式分析评价新型教学模式的教学效果。结果:结果与对照组相比,学生在基础理论知识与临床实践操作考核方面明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生在主观态度满意度计数方面有显著增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生在认知度方面明显提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在中医内科临床见习教学中,基于微信互动平台联合PBL、TBL教学法,能够提高学生的综合考核成绩,激发学生的临床见习兴趣,提升学生的综合素质能力,是一种较为理想的教学模式,教学成果显著,值得大力推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of WeChat interactive platform combined with PBL and TBL in internship teaching of clinical internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:Using the interactive platform of WeChat,PBL and TBL were applied in the internship teaching of clinical internal medicine of TCM,and the teaching effect of the new teaching model was evaluated by examination and questionnaire.Results:Compared with the control group,students’scores of basic theory knowledge and clinical practice were significantly higher(P<0.05),and students’scores of subjective attitude satisfaction were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and students’cognition was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of PBL and TBL based on WeChat interactive platform can improve students’comprehensive examination results,stimulate students’interest in clinical internship,and improve students’comprehensive quality and ability.Since the teaching achievements are remarkable,it is a kind of ideal teaching model and worth being extended vigorously.
