摘　　要：教学模式创新是全面打赢高等教育“质量革命”攻坚战的重要内容。实施线上线下混合式教学改革,对于推动思政课内涵发展,实现“质量革命”具有重要意义,理念转变、队伍和课程建设、线上线下融合是实施思政课混合式教学模式改革的关键。The innovation of teaching mode is an important content to win the battle of“quality revolution”in higher education.It is of great significance for promoting the connotation development of ideological and political course and realizing the“quality revolution”to implement the blended teaching reform of online and offline.The key problems in implementing the reform of mixed ideological and political course teaching mode are to set up the ideological and political course teaching concept in the new era,to improve the teachers’education information literacy,to promote the reform and innovation of traditional offline classroom,and to pay attention to the synergy of online and offline teaching.
