摘  要:影像组学通过提取并分析定量影像学数据,用影像特征解释基因信息,能无创显示肿瘤整体信息。应用影像组学方法探究间变性淋巴瘤激酶(ALK)基因重排与影像特征的相关性,对ALK重排型肺癌的个体化分子靶向治疗具有一定价值。阐述有关ALK重排型肺癌靶向治疗的相关知识,并对影像组学在ALK重排型肺癌的诊断及预后评估方面的研究进展进行综述。Radiomics uses the imaging features to interpret the genetic information by extracting and analyzing quantitative imaging data.It can demonstrate the overall tumor information in a non-invasive manner.Using a radiomicsbased method to explore the correlation between anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)gene rearrangement and imaging features is therefore of some significance for individualized molecular targeted therapy for ALK-rearranged lung cancer.This paper presents the knowledge on targeted therapies for ALK-rearranged lung cancer,and reviews the latest advances in the application of radiomics in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of ALK-rearranged lung cancer.
