摘 要:目的探讨使用翻转课堂结合TBL教学模式在外科手术学基础教学中的应用效果。方法将选择某军校大学临床医学五年制专业学生共计106人作为研究对象。随机分为两组,A组为传统教学组;B组为翻转课堂联合TBL教学组(简称教改试验组)。传统教学组应用传统讲授式教学模式,教改试验组实施翻转课堂联合TBL的教学模式。结果两组理论考核得分比较,教改试验组课前预习质量得分和课后理论掌握得分均高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。学员实践操作考核改良DOPS评分比较,教改试验组术前准备、基本操作技能、手术步骤熟练程度和手术配合均高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂结合TBL教学把学员放到了课堂的中心,可提高学员的学习主动性,对于提高自学能力和组织表达能力都有帮助,在外科手术学基础教学中有重要意义。Objective To explore the application effect of using flipped classroom combined with TBL teaching mode in the basic teaching of surgery.Methods A total of 106 students from five-year major in clinical medicine at a military medical university were selected as the research objects.Randomly divided into two groups,group A is the traditional teaching group;group B is the flip classroom combined with TBL teaching group(referred to as the education reform experimental group).The traditional teaching group uses the traditional lecture-type teaching mode.The teaching reform experimental group implements the teaching mode of flipped classroom and TBL.Evaluation and reflection in three stages.Results The theoretical assessment score of the two groups was compared.The quality score of the pre-course preview and theoretical mastery score in the teaching reform group were higher than in the traditional teaching group.The comparison of the improved DOPS scores of the students in the practical operation assessment showed that the preoperative preparation,basic operation skills,procedural proficiency and surgical coordination in the teaching reform experimental group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipping classroom combined with TBL teaching puts the students at the center of the classroom,which greatly improves the students'learning initiative.It is of great help to improve the selflearning ability and organizational expression ability.It is of profound significance in the basic teaching of surgery.
