摘  要:目的探讨重症医学科在进行临床实践教学过程中应用综合模拟实训产生的效果。方法选择2018年1月-2019年12月在我科实习的80名实习生为研究对象,并以单双数抽签法将其均等划分为观察组及对照组两组,对照组采取常规训练,观察组采取综合模拟训练,对两组理论笔试成绩合格率、实践操作合格率、医嘱执行能力评分以及实习生的满意度进行对比。结果观察组的理论笔试成绩合格率、实践操作合格率分别为97.50%、95.00%,对照组的理论笔试成绩合格率、实践操作合格率分别为77.50%、75.00%,观察组的理论笔试成绩合格率、实践操作合格率均比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组的医嘱执行能力评分为(95.27±9.51)分,高于对照组的医嘱执行能力评分(82.36±8.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总体满意率为97.50%,比对照组的总体有效率(77.50%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症医学科在进行临床实践教学过程中,应用综合模拟实训能够提升临床实践教学效果,提升理论学习与实践操作的合格率,且能够提高实习生的执行能力和满意度。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive simulation training in the clinical practice teaching in the Department of critical medicine.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,80 interns in our department were selected as research objects,and they were equally divided into observation group and control group by single and double number lottery.The control group received routine training,the observation group received comprehensive simulation training,and the two groups were evaluated in terms of the pass rate of theoretical written test,the pass rate of practical operation,the score of medical order execution ability and the satisfaction of interns Than.Results The qualified rate of theoretical written test and practical operation in the observation group was 97.50%and 95.00%respectively,and the qualified rate of theoretical written test and practical operation in the control group was 77.50%and 75.00%respectively.The qualified rate of theoretical written test and practical operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);the executive ability of medical orders in the observation group was The score of power was(95.27±9.51),which was higher than that of the control group(82.36±8.23),with significant difference(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion in the process of clinical practice teaching in the Department of critical medicine,the application of comprehensive simulation training can improve the effect of clinical practice teaching,enhance the qualification rate of theoretical learning and practical operation,and improve the implementation ability and satisfaction of interns.
