摘　　要：目的通过医院统一自助服务平台及自助终端应用,实现平台化的自助终端业务系统、医院统一支付和对账、自助终端设备统一监控、业务数据统计分析、业务及支付接口统一封装的管理。方法基于Html+WebApi/WebForm模式、开放式WebApi接口和综合支付接口等技术实现线下HIS、PACS、LIS等业务系统与线上智慧自助服务平台的无缝对接,提高系统功能的易用性,提升患者体验。结果满足线上自助端的首次建档、挂号、缴费、查询功能、签到、住院功能、打印标签等就医需求,实现“便民惠民”。结论利用“互联网+”技术建立线上线下一体化、全功能自助就医服务流程,实现方便患者就医的目的。Objective Through the hospital's unified self-service platform and self-service terminal application,to realize the management of self-service terminal business system,unified hos pital payment and reconciliation,unified self-service terminal device monitoring,business data statistical analysis,and unified packaging and management of business and payment interfaces on the platform.Methods Adopting Html+WebApi/WebForm mode,open WebApi interface and integrated payment interface technology to achieve seamless connection between offline HIS,PACS,LIS,etc.and online smart self-service platform,improve the easy use of system functions,and upgrade patients'experience.Results Medical needs of the online self-service terminal such as first filing,registration,payment,query function,check-in,hospitalization function,printing labels,etc.were satisfied to realize"bringing convenience and benefit to people".Conclusion Online and offline full-featured self-service medical service procedure was established with the use of"Internet+"technology,and the purpose of bringing convenience to patients was realized.
