摘 要:目的探讨高分辨CT结合3D打印技术在眶壁骨折合并糖尿病患者修复中的临床应用,为临床眶壁骨折合并糖尿病患者治疗提供理论依据。方法随机选取2019年1-12月该院接收的眶壁骨折合并糖尿病的患者22例,随机分成对照组和实验组,实验组将数据用DICOM格式导出,利用Mimics建模软件进行处理,应用3D打印机打出骨折区的缺损模型,利用实物模型,术前塑形好拟植入的钛网。对照组应用CT成像图像及术中情况植入钛网,评价手术效果。结果实验组手术总有效率为81.82%,对照组总有效率为63.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组手术恢复情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床研究发现,高分辨CT结合3D打印技术可很好的用于眼眶骨折手术设计及钛网的个体化成形,有效提高手术精确性,缩短手术时间,减轻患者经济负担。Objective To explore the clinical application of high-resolution CT combined with 3 D printing technology in the repair of orbital fracture combined with diabetes,so as to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of orbital fracture combined with diabetes.Methods 22 cases of orbital fracture with diabetes mellitus received by the hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group used DICOM format to export the data,used MICs modeling software to process,used 3 D printer to make the defect model of fracture area,and used the physical model to shape the titanium mesh to be implanted before operation.In the control group,CT images and intraoperative conditions were implanted with titanium mesh to evaluate the effect of operation.Results The total effective rate was 81.82%in the experimental group and 63.64%in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of the operation in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical research shows that high-resolution CT combined with 3 D printing technology can be well used in orbital fracture surgery design and titanium mesh individualized forming,effectively improve the accuracy of surgery,shorten the operation time,and reduce the economic burden of patients.
