安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者口腔正畸治疗的效果及对患者面部容貌的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者口腔正畸治疗的效果及对患者面部容貌的影响。方法随机选取2017年1月-2019年6月该院收治的安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者100例,按照数字表发将其随机分为两组,对照组患者接收常规修复,研究组患者采用改良摆形矫治器进行口腔正畸治疗,对两组患者术后牙齿功能、面部容貌以及颌关节功能恢复情况进行分析。结果研究组舒适功能、固定功能、咀嚼功能、语言功能、美观程度等指标得分分别为(8.8±1.3)分、(8.6±1.1)分、(10.5±1.4)分、(10.5±1.1)分、(8.3±1.3)分,对照组舒适功能、固定功能、咀嚼功能、语言功能、美观程度等指标得分分别为(7.6±1.2)分、(7.2±1.3)分、(8.1±1.4)分、(8.4±1.2)分、(6.4±1.1)分,研究组舒适功能、固定功能、咀嚼功能、语言功能、美观程度等指标得分均高于对照组(t=12.547、13.154、6.454、5.244、11.277,P<0.05);研究组D0级、DⅠ级、DⅡ级、DⅢ级改善情况分别为74.0%、20.0%、6.0%、0.0%,对照组D0级、DⅠ级、DⅡ级、DⅢ级改善情况分别为72.0%、22.0%、6.0%、0.0%,研究组患者TMJ功能改善情况与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组面部容貌满意度为98.00%,对照组面部容貌满意度为88.00%,研究组面部容貌满意度高于对照组(χ^2=4.934,P<0.05)。结论对于安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者采用改良摆形矫治器进行口腔正畸治疗可以改善牙齿功能、提高面部容貌美观度,促进患者颌关节功能恢复,增加患者对于治疗的认可,可以在临床中进行进一步推广应用。Objective To study the AnnⅡwrong deformity of orthodontics treatment in patients and its influence on patients with facial appearance.Methods Select from January 2017 to June 2019 in the hospital AnnⅡclass wrong deformities,100 cases of patients,according to the digital table will be randomly divided into two groups,control group patients received routine repair,research group were treated by modified pendulum and correcting device for orthodontics treatment,function,facial features for two groups of patients with postoperative teeth and jaw joint function recovery were analyzed.Results Team is comfortable,fixed,chewing function,language functions and beautiful degree index score,respectively(8.8±1.3)points,(8.6±1.1)points,(10.5±1.4)points,(10.5±1.1)points,(8.3±1.3)points and control group in comfortable,fixed,chewing function,language functions and beautiful degree index score,respectively(7.6±1.2)points,(7.2±1.3)points,(8.1±1.4)points,(8.4±1.2)points,(6.4±1.1)points.The scores of comfort function,fixed function,masticatory function,language function and aesthetic degree in the study group were all higher than those in the control group(t=12.547,13.154,6.454,5.244,11.277,P<0.05).Group D0,D I,DⅡ,DⅢimprovement were 74.0%,20.0%,6.0%,0.0%,control group D0,DⅠ,DⅡ,DⅢimprovement were 72.0%,22.0%,6.0%,0.0%,the team in patients with TMJ function improvement and the control group no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the satisfaction degree of the study group was 98.00%,while that of the control group was 88.00%.The satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group(χ^2=4.934,P<0.05).Conclusion For AnnⅡclass wrong malformation were treated by modified places form and correcting device for orthodontics treatment can improve the function of the teeth,improve facial appearance is beautiful degrees,promote patients with jaw joint functional recovery,increase patients for treatment,can be further popularization and application in clinical.
