摘　　要：数字图书馆的顺利应用与推广依托着多重因素,许多政策、经济、社会、文化和技术因素影响着它。文中研究了这些因素对数字图书馆生态供应链战略成型的影响。使用已建立的PEST分析方法,文中着眼于分析整个数字图书馆生态供应链战略影响因素,发现这四个方面给数字图书馆生态供应链战略带来了挑战和机遇。The smooth application and promotion of digital libraries relies on multiple factors. Many policies,economic,social,cultural and technological factors affect it. This paper studies the influence of these factors on the formation of the digital library ecological supply chain strategy. Using the established PEST analysis method,this article focuses on analyzing the influencing factors of the entire digital library ecological supply chain strategy and finds that these four aspects have brought challenges and opportunities to the digital library ecological supply chain strategy.
