摘  要:目的探讨基于科研绩效考核建立学科分层管理模式的可行性和效果。方法以笔者所在的高校附属医院为研究对象,以科研绩效为依据,将全院科室评分由高至低依次评为领军学科、优势学科、骨干学科和潜力学科。以动态考核的方式评价学科发展。结果全院共有41个科室,按照既定的科研绩效考核标准,确定了5个领军学科、9个优势学科、20个骨干学科和7个潜力学科。经过2年的建设,获批国家级项目200多项,中标科研经费近2亿元,获得国家级和省部级科技成果奖30项,专利授权213项,发表SCI论文千余篇,重大重点项目数量不断提升,各学科建设均取得了一定的成效。结论实施学科分层科研绩效考核,对各科室的科研工作和人才培养工作有积极推动作用。Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of establishing a hierarchical management model based on scientific research performance assessment.Methods In our hospital,each department was classified as one of the four levels based on the scientific research performance:leading disciplines,dominant disciplines,backbone disciplines or developing disciplines.Continuing assessment was conducted to monitor the discipline development.Results There were 41 departments in the hospital,including 5 leading disciplines,9 dominant disciplines,14 backbone disciplines and 7 developing disciplines.After two years of construction,more than 200 national-level projects have been funded,and the total funding number is nearly 200 million Yuan.30 national or provincial-level scientific and technological achievements awards have been awarded.213 patents have been granted.More than 1000 SCI papers were published.The number of major key projects has been continuously increased.Conclusions Establishing a hierarchical management model based on scientific research performance assessment plays a positive role in scientific research.
