摘　　要：目的分析国际生命伦理学研究热点并探讨相关趋势。方法应用双向聚类的文献计量学对2009—2018年PubMed数据库收录的生命伦理学文献进行分析。结果2009—2018年的研究热点主要集中在临床伦理咨询中的患者利益、生命伦理学的经验研究方法和器官移植中界定死亡等8个方面。结论国内生命伦理学研究应重视结合经验科学和基于自主性的伦理理论模型;8个研究热点的探讨广泛而深入,值得国内生命伦理学研究反思与借鉴。Objective To analyze the research hotspots of international bioethics,explore the future trend.Methods The biclustering analysis was adopted to analyze the literatures of bioethics in PubMed from 2009 to 2018.Results The research fronts from 2009 to 2018 focused on 8 aspects which including patient advocacy in clinical ethics consultation,empirical research methodologies in bioethics research,definition of death combined with the problem of organ donation.Conclusions Greater emphasis should be placed on the combination of empirical science and the autonomy-based ethical theories for domestic bioethics studies.Furthermore,the above 8 aspects of international trends on bioethics offer a sketch for a glimpse of reflection on domestic study on bioethics.
