摘  要:大倾角液压支架为急倾斜煤层的高产高效机械化开采提供了技术保障,其安全性和可靠性直接决定着急倾斜煤层综采技术的成败,故需针对大倾角液压支架设计试验台,以满足国家标准规定的对大倾角液压支架的型式试验要求。通过不同试验加载工况的分析,推导合成扭力矩变化规律。采用 MSC.ADAMS 建立了液压支架试验台虚拟样机,讨论不同旋转角度对托辊二级平衡梁支点的受力影响。采用有限元对大倾角液压支架试验台进行离散化处理,加载 3 个 60 t 液压支架,讨论不同倾斜角度工况下,主结构应力及变形的变化状态,得出合理设计方案。所得结论为试验台设计提供有益的借鉴。The large-obliquity hydraulic support provides technical support for efficient mechanized mining in steeply inclined coal seam,its safety and reliability directly decides the success or failure of mechanized mining in steeply inclined coal seam.Therefore,it is necessary to design a test bench for the large-obliquity hydraulic support to meet the requirements of the type test for the large-obliquity hydraulic support specified in the national standard.Based on the analysis of various test loading modes,the variation laws of the resultant torsional moment were derived.In addition,MSC.ADAMS was applied to establish a virtual prototype of the test bench for hydraulic support,and the influence of the rotary angle on the stress state of the hinge point of the secondary balance beam of the supporting roller was discussed.The finite element was applied to discretize the test bench for the large-obliquity hydraulic support.Three 60 t hydraulic supports were loaded,and the variation of the stress and the deformation of main frame with various obliquity was discussed,and then reasonable design scheme was obtained.The conclusion offered useful reference for the design of the test bench.
