摘　　要：目的探究甲胎蛋白(alpha fetoprotein,AFP)与人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平与前列腺癌病理特征的相关性。方法选择接受治疗的80例前列腺癌患者为研究组,另选取同期接受体格检查的80例健康体检者为对照组。收集2组个体血样,对比其血清AFP及β-HCG水平。分析AFP、β-HCG水平与前列腺癌病理特征相关性,对AFP及β-HCG水平相关性进行分析。结果①研究组患者AFP及β-HCG水平明显高于对照组个体,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②经分析发现,血清AFP及β-HCG水平与前列腺癌组织浸润深度、TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度及是否出现淋巴转移存在相关性(P<0.05),与年龄不存在相关性(P>0.05)。③相关性分析显示血清AFP水平与β-HCG水平存在正相关性(γ=0.635,P<0.05)。结论AFP及β-HCG在前列腺癌中呈现高表达态,其表达水平与前列腺癌组织浸润深度、TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度及是否出现淋巴转移存在相关性。Objective To explore the correlation between alpha fetoprotein(AFP)and human chorionic gonadotropin(beta-HCG)levels and pathological correlation between AFP,β-HCG levels and pathological characteristics of prostate cancer.Methods 80 patients with prostate cancer treated were selected as the sduty group,and 80 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Blood samples were collected from the 2 groups,and the levels of serum AFP andβ-HCG were compared.The correlation between the levels of AFP andβ-HCG and pathological characteristics of prostate cancer was analyzed.The correlation between the levels of AFP and beta-HCG was analyzed.Results The levels of AFP andβ-HCG in the sduty group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum AFP andβ-HCG levels were correlated with invasion depth,TNM stage,tumor differentiation and lymphatic metastasis of prostate cancer(P<0.05),but not correlation with age(P>0.05).Correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between serum AFP levels andβ-HCG levels(γ=0.635,P<0.05).Conclusion AFP andβ-HCG are highly expressed in prostate cancer.The levels of AFP andβ-HCG are correlated with the depth of invasion,TNM stage,tumor differentiation and whether lymphatic metastasis of prostate cancer.
