摘　　要：目的探讨早期乳腺癌治疗中改良根治手术的临床应用效果。方法方便选取2016年1月—2017年3月116例早期乳腺癌患者,按就诊先后分成观察组(n=58)和对照组(n=58),对照组采用传统乳腺癌根治术,观察组采用早期乳腺癌改良根治术,观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症情况及局部复发、远处转移发生率。结果两组手术时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术中出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(96.55%)与对照组(91.38%)差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.368,P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(5.17%)低于对照组(17.24%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.245,P<0.05);观察组局部复发、远处转移发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期乳腺癌治疗中改良根治手术的临床应用价值高,可促进患者康复,减少并发症,提高美观性。Objective To explore the clinical application of modified radical surgery in the treatment of early breast cancer.Methods From January 2016 to March 2017,116 patients with early breast cancer were convenient selected and divided into an observation group(n=58)and a control group(n=58)according to the order of treatment.The control group received traditional radical mastectomy for breast cancer and the observation group of the modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer was used to observe the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,complications,local recurrence and the incidence of distant metastasis in both groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The bleeding volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the total effective rate(96.55%)and the control group(91.38%)(χ2=1.368,P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(5.17%)was lower than that in the control group(17.24%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.245,P<0.05);the incidence of local recurrence and distant metastasis in the observation group was compared with the control group,without statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical application value of modified radical surgery in the treatment of early breast cancer is high,which can promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce complications,improve aesthetics.
