喹硫平与氯咪帕明共同治疗难治性强迫症患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨喹硫平与氯咪帕明药物在共同治疗难治性强迫症患者中的应用效果。方法2017年4月—2019年9月,方便选取104例难治性强迫症患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组52例(采用氯咪帕明治疗);观察组52例(采用氯咪帕明联合喹硫平治疗)。对比两组的心理健康状态、生活质量、疗效以及强迫症严重程度。结果两组患者临床治疗有效率分别为75.00%、96.15%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.426,P<0.05)。两组患者情感、社会、意识、躯体评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者心理健康状态评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者耶鲁-布朗强迫量表评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对难治性强迫症患者采用氯咪帕明联合喹硫平药物治疗,有效改善了其心理健康状态以及强迫症严重程度,显著提高了其生活质量,治疗效果显著,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of quetiapine and clomipramine in the treatment of patients with refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods Convenient select from April 2017 to September 2019,104 patients with refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder were taken as the research object,and divided into 52 cases in the control group(treated with clomipramine)according to the lottery method;52 cases in the observation group(treated with chlorine Mipamine combined with quetiapine).Compare the mental health status,quality of life,efficacy and severity of obsessive-compulsive disorder between the two groups.Results The effective rates of clinical treatment in the two groups were 75.00%and 96.15%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.426,P<0.05).The emotional,social,consciousness,and physical scores of the two groups were statistically significantly different(P<0.05).The difference in mental health status scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Yale-Brown Forced Scale scores of the two groups of patients were statistically significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of clomipramine combined with quetiapine in the treatment of patients with refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder has effectively improved their mental health status and the severity of obsessive-compulsive disorder,significantly improved their quality of life,the treatment effect is remarkable,and the clinical application value is more high.
