摘  要:空气舵作为常用的航天飞行器执行机构,具有饱和、间隙与摩擦等非线性因素,如不能准确表征其非线性动力学特性将会影响飞行控制系统的稳定性,甚至造成飞行失利。针对上述问题,开展了空气舵执行机构非线性动力学特性表征方法研究,旨在为非线性动力学特性分析提供工程方法,为控制系统设计提供重要依据。通过研究,提出了试验测试方法、多维空间重构表征方法和传递函数表征方法,三种方法依次递进,可用于控制系统工程设计的各个阶段,对于提高飞行器稳定裕度和飞行可靠性奠定了重要方法基础。As a kind of commonly used aerospace vehicle effectors,air rudder has nonlinear characteristics such as saturation,clearance and friction,etc.If these nonlinear dynamic characteristics cannot be accurately characterized,the stability of the flight control system will be affected and even cause flight failure.In order to solve the above problems,the research on the characterization method of nonlinear dynamic characteristics of air rudder effectors system was carried out.This study is aiming to provide engineering methods for characterizing the nonlinear dynamics characteristics of air rudder effectors systems,and provide an important basis for the design of control system.Three methods are proposed,namely experimental characterization method,multidimensional space reconstruction characterization method and transfer function characterization method.The three methods can be used in different phases of the engineering design of control system,and lay important foundation for improving the stability margin and reliability of the space vehicles.
